The Diamond Club is planning ahead for the construction of an outdoor concession stand west of the varsity and junior varsity baseball fields near Stewartville High School.
Matt Mohs, president of the Diamond Club, told the School Board last week that the project will include construction of a permanent concession stand, four men's and four women's bathrooms and storage space.
The project, which is in its preliminary stages, is expected to cost an estimated $200,000, with about $150,000 of the money coming from the Stewartville School District.
