More than 6,000 children and adults took part in the Stewartville School District's community education program during the 2018-19 school year, Hailey Liffrig told the School Board two weeks ago.
Liffrig, community education director, said a total of 6,198 participants took part in eight separate programs, including 1,562 in academic-oriented activities and 2,162 in enrichment offerings.
Her report also revealed that 17,000 individuals from 100 community groups used Stewartville School District facilities for a variety of activities in 2018-19...
