The Stewartville VFW Post 8980 baseball team is off to a 3-1 start to the 2021 summer season. The local nine won 10-8 hosting Cannon Falls on June 2 and clobbered Faribault 12-2 in a game shortened to five innings due to the 10-run rule on June 5. Stewie lost 3-2 in extra innings at Northfield on June 7 before blasting Rochester Mayo 17-7 in a game shortened to six innings due to the 10-run rule...
